How To Get Your Ticket(s)

1. Book your desired number of tickets in your location and await an email from us confirming your order. This will not be your ticket(s) yet.

2. Await your e-ticket(s) from Tianyu via Universe - these will usually be delivered in the days prior to the event or as late as on the day of the event. Your e-ticket(s) will be sent to your primary email address. Make sure you check your spam folder.

3. Take your e-ticket(s) and show them on entry at the event. Ensure that you also take personal ID with you or you may be turned away.

Additional Information

• Citi Field are charging for parking and the event organizer is not able to waive it (and it's $30/car). The venue is very accessible by public transit.
